Dressing Method

Just shake all the ingredients in a jar, season to taste, and let it sit for 20 minutes to enhance the flavours.

1 - 2 x Lebanese Cucumbers

3 - 4 Roma Tomatoes

½ red onion

1 x Cup Kalamata olives

4 X Feta cheese 130gm

1/2 x Teaspoon sea salt flakes
Directions
Salad Method
Little Gems lettuce torn or sliced
Roma Tomatoes cut in half, then slice into (25mm) ½-inch pieces.
Cucumber sliced into (25mm) ½-inch half-moons.
½ red onion, thinly sliced.
Kalamata olives pitted and cut in half
Cut Feta cheese into (25mm) ½-inch cubes
1 x Teaspoon Greek oregano (Optional)
Sea salt flakes taste
