Roaster's Notes: Roasted lighter than the Allpress Espresso Blend, this coffee is crafted for those who prefer a brighter, fruitier cup. The Good Brew offers a satisfying body and sweetness with a hint of citrus, blending two Ethiopian coffees with unique characteristics. A washed Ethiopian contributes floral aromas, sparkling acidity, and a tea-like body, while a natural-processed Ethiopian adds sticky sweetness with berry and stone fruit notes. Tanzanian beans round out the blend with juicy acidity, berry flavors, and a hint of dry herbs.
