Roaster's Notes: A meticulously balanced, medium roast, this coffee offers sweetness and depth with a smooth, lingering finish. Brazilian beans contribute body, sweetness, and a long, smooth aftertaste. Colombian and Guatemalan beans add juicy apple acidity, caramel, and milk chocolate notes, while the wet-hulled Sumatra brings a full-bodied richness, with hints of spice, earthy undertones, dark fruit, and sweetness.
