Roaster's Notes: A medium roast blend of certified organic beans, this coffee aims for a well-balanced profile with soft milk chocolate, toffee, and juicy fruit notes. Roasted similarly to the Allpress Espresso Blend, it offers balance and complexity. Honduras brings gentle acidity and a syrupy body, with notes of chocolate, stone fruit, and raisin. Peru adds a sweet citrus touch and moderate acidity for an extra layer of complexity.
