Roaster's Notes: This coffee is roasted a touch darker than the Allpress Espresso Blend, taking flavour development further to soften acidity and deepen chocolatey richness. Expect a gentle acidity, heavy body, and sweet, rich dark chocolate. The Brazil beans provide body, cocoa notes, and lingering sweetness; Colombia adds a hint of acidity for balance, milk chocolate tones, and sweetness; Papua New Guinea contributes extra cocoa notes and subtle raisin or sweet dried fruit undertones.
